With an engineering degree from the École Polytechnique de Montréal, Marc Bérubé began his career in financial security at London Life in 1999 before founding Coaching Financier Trek in 2002.

Given his extensive experience in financial services, Marc is glad to share his vision of success. He is often called upon to give the benefit of his advice to universities and professional groups. He was a guest speaker at the 2015 conference organized by the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a global association of more than 42,000 financial services professionals from 71 nations (www.mdrt.org).

Originally from Val-d’Or in the Abitibi, Marc has made his mark on the Canadian and international scene by achieving a Canadian record in the 4 x 200 metre relay and a Quebec record in the 4 x 400 metre relay. At 18 years of age, he was ranked among the top eight Canadian junior sprinters.

Marc is also involved in St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation and the Foundation of Stars, two causes very dear to him.

M. Tremblay has been a financial services advisor since 2014. He has been an associate with the firm since 2017. A former senior manager, he has been operating within the Québec business community for more than 25 years.

His mission is to share his experience and vast network of professionals with entrepreneurs and their families, helping them build a profitable and sustainable future.

Pierre Czyzowicz joined Coaching Financier Trek in 2023 as Vice President and Chief Investment Officer.

With a particularly diversified career spanning more than 20 years in the financial sector, Pierre understands the needs of many types of clients and knows how to find the solutions that will enable them to achieve their most ambitious goals. Over the years, he has advised a wide range of private and institutional investors, including individuals, wealthy families and various institutions on the sound management of their assets. Beyond his in-depth knowledge of financial markets, he has developed specific expertise in advising investors on portfolio construction, behavioral finance and investment optimization through the use of non-traditional strategies and the integration of ESG factors.

Pierre holds an MBA, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder, as well as a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute and the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

He volunteers for various organizations, mainly in the fields of financial literacy, mentoring and health. In addition, Pierre is also an accomplished para-cyclist, with a Canadian championship and a 15th place finish in the Para-cycling World Cup.

Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, Jean-Sébastien has been working in the financial industry since 2012 with young professionals.

Using a personalized approach, he helps his clients build a solid financial future thanks to financial strategies tailored to their needs.

Mario Marinier has been working as a financial security advisor since 1976. Before that, he held a managerial position for 16 years, which allowed him to clearly understand his clients’ needs today.

He firmly believes in quality customer service and is known for always being available to his clients when they need him.

Marc Thibodeau launched his career as a financial security advisor in 2004. In 2009, he joined the Freedom 55 Financial team in a managerial position.

His goal is to build a relationship based on trust with his clients in order to help them achieve their financial goals.
